The proceedings of New3SC-3 will be published in October, 2001, as a special issue of PHYSICA C by Elsevier Science Publishers, Netherlands.

The full amount will be refunded except for $15 deduction of the service charge if the secretariat is notified by December 15, 2000; 75% will be refunded afterwards until the conference beginning, and only 50% after the conference begins. In case that the abstract submission to the conference or VISA to USA is declined, a full amount paid in advance will be refunded without the service fee charge.

To facilitate the organization of the conference, and also for you to promptly receive further information regarding the conference, please fill out a registration form and send us by e-mail, post mail or FAX.

If you have decided to participate in the conference, please send your registration form with a fee from the chart to receive the early bird's discount by November 1, 2000. If possible, please e-mail a notice that your fee is on its way, so you will be assured of receiving your discount even if international mail or wiring causes delays.

Please do not assume that an invited speaker's registration fee is automatically waived. If a waiver of registration fee of $180 is critical for a speaker to attend the conference, please communicate this to the chairman. A very limited fund is available for this purpose.

Student registrations must accompany the student's advisor's name and institution. A special student rate of $79/night for two persons is available. Contact the secretariat of New³SC-3 for student discount of the student hotel reservation and roommate assignment.

If the letter accepting your paper is too late for your visa request or for your other purposes, the conference secretariat will send you a letter of invitation signed by the chairman upon your request for your participating in the conference. Please send your request with an abstract by email to new3sc@grant.phys.subr.edu.

Registration and fee payment should be acknowledged. However, we may oversee your case occasionally. If you do not receive a confirmation from us within a reasonable period of time, please send a message to the secretariat of New³SC-3 to ask about it. Receipts will be given on the conference site. If a earlier receipt is needed, please indicated by email.
